Ayona Villa Canggu by Ini Vie Hospitality

This Villa was my best stay in Bali honestly! Really exceeded my expectations. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The villas were beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. And on top of that is that it’s in a really good location, close to the beach clubs and about a 10 minute walk distance from the main strip. Breakfast was soooo good I will definitely be back, would recommend 100/10!

The villa is cool and looks exactly like a picture. Spacious and beautiful but a couple of things I didn’t like: staff is so unprofessional, they’re nice but very unprofessional. First of all, they’re very slow. This is not my first time in this hotel and the room is never ready before 3 pm or even later. I arrived at exactly 3:00 and my room was still not ready, and then it turned out that they hadn't even washed the bathtub after the previous guests. It’s like what did you guys do for all this time? I think you should learn to work faster because in the most of the hotels or villas often you can have early check in, but not here! Also as soon as I entered the room the electricity turned off. I went out to the reception and asked what was going on, they looked so confused, like what's going on. I said that the power went out, they didn't even notice it. Also in 10 minutes power went off again. So annoying. And then later at night I noticed that Alexa didn’t work and the pool didn’t work, also lights partially didn’t work at all. We complained but they said they can’t fix it until tomorrow. Overall so annoying, staff doesn’t know how to communicate, poor English I guess. They didn’t even apologize for that. Normally hotels give you something complimentary for such inconvenience, but not them…

The accommodation is modern, clean, and visually impressive. However, the room design isn’t very functional. The toilet and shower are outside, which means that if you need to use the bathroom at night, you end up letting mosquitoes into the room. The outdoor space and pool area are fantastic, but the room itself feels quite small. Additionally, communication at reception was a bit challenging, as their English wasn’t very strong. Overall, while the aesthetics are great, the practicality of the space left something to be desired.

We loved our stay here so much this was the best place we stayed in Bali. Amazing breakfast, a short walk to nice restaurants and we also walked to FINNS and the beach etc, is about 10-15 mins. Staff where really friendly and helpful. Happy to give advice on things to do and book drivers to drive us. We would love to come back here and stay and would not hestitate to recommend it to anyone.

This was one of best hotel/villa experiences we have had. The villa itself was gorgeous. Good value for money included a massive breakfast. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
