The villa is cool and looks exactly like a picture. Spacious and beautiful but a couple of things I didn’t like: staff is so unprofessional, they’re nice but very unprofessional. First of all, they’re very slow. This is not my first time in this hotel and the room is never ready before 3 pm or even later. I arrived at exactly 3:00 and my room was still not ready, and then it turned out that they hadn't even washed the bathtub after the previous guests. It’s like what did you guys do for all this time? I think you should learn to work faster because in the most of the hotels or villas often you can have early check in, but not here! Also as soon as I entered the room the electricity turned off. I went out to the reception and asked what was going on, they looked so confused, like what's going on. I said that the power went out, they didn't even notice it. Also in 10 minutes power went off again. So annoying. And then later at night I noticed that Alexa didn’t work and the pool didn’t work, also lights partially didn’t work at all. We complained but they said they can’t fix it until tomorrow. Overall so annoying, staff doesn’t know how to communicate, poor English I guess. They didn’t even apologize for that. Normally hotels give you something complimentary for such inconvenience, but not them…

Everything about the property was great! The location was superb (10 mins bike to the major beach clubs) but also hidden from the main hustle and bustle of Canggu. The rooms are perfect for a couple getaway. The private pool and terrace was a dream. Staff was excellent and took care of us the whole way through. Gym was in excellent condition. The spa was also perfect and our therapists Nopi and Nova did an amazing job. Shout out to Friska at the front desk who helped who was there, ready to take care of our needs at almost any time of the day. A truly special experience.

The accommodation is modern, clean, and visually impressive. However, the room design isn’t very functional. The toilet and shower are outside, which means that if you need to use the bathroom at night, you end up letting mosquitoes into the room. The outdoor space and pool area are fantastic, but the room itself feels quite small. Additionally, communication at reception was a bit challenging, as their English wasn’t very strong. Overall, while the aesthetics are great, the practicality of the space left something to be desired.

The layout of the villa with the pool in the middle is awesome. Almost perfectly designed. The location of the property is far enough from the main road that it felt quiet, tranquil and definitely private. The location is close to all the main areas of Canggu but walking can be a bit of an issue as some roads do not have foot paths. Taxis and scooters are a must. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Friska was super helpful. I would 100% recommend this venue just for the layout of the villa itself.

This Villa was my best stay in Bali honestly! Really exceeded my expectations. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The villas were beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. And on top of that is that it’s in a really good location, close to the beach clubs and about a 10 minute walk distance from the main strip. Breakfast was soooo good I will definitely be back, would recommend 100/10!
